About a year
ago, we posted a negative review about an experience we had here. The
manager got in touch, e-mails were exchanged back and forth, and we
subsequently bought a car from them.
I think the coolest thing about this whole experience in the end was the
fact that we'd written a negative review initially (after thinking
about it a few weeks - we didn't want to be knee-jerk) and were treated
perfectly well when we went back. Kristen worked hard to get my partner
good out-the-door prices before we returned and connected us with sales
rep, Rene. He was amazing - very laid back, pleasant and extremely
knowledgeable. I'm pleased to be able to remove my negative review and
replace it with thanks. While it's frustrating that it took a negative
review to get the help anyone would deserve walking into a commercial
establishment, they made this right and I can therefore recommend them.
